Reset your console via a button combination. To find out what motherboard revision you have, check HERE.

Soft Reset: L2 + R2 + SELECT + START (resets the game being played)
Hard Reset: L2 + R2 + SELECT + X (resets the entire console, or if an XStation is installed it’ll go to the XStation menu)

XStation replaces the original disc drive and allows you to play backups of your original games.
