Cardosi Customs Product Return & Repair/Mod Policy

At Cardosi Customs, we are committed to providing high-quality repair services and products. Our return and repair policies are designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness and accountability. Please review the following terms carefully:
1. Repair/Mod Services and Product Warranty
- Labor and Product Warranty: All repair/mod services performed by Cardosi Customs and all products sold by Cardosi Customs are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of the item being received by the customer.
- This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover:
+ Cosmetic defects that were disclosed or eluded to prior to the purchase of the item
+ Damage caused by drops, liquid exposure, or misuse
+ Tampering or repairs performed by third parties
+ Software-related issues
2. Non-Repairable/Non-Moddable Devices
- Non-Repairable/Non-Moddable Devices: If a device is deemed non-repairable or non-moddable, or if the customer declines service after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee remains non-refundable.
3. Return Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Device Abandonment Policy
Devices left unclaimed 30 days after the service completion date will be considered abandoned and may be recycled or disposed of. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer before this occurs.
5. Customer Data Responsibility
Cardosi Customs is not responsible for data loss during repairs. Customers are encouraged to back up all data before service.
